Flag football is fun, fast, safe and exciting to play! Great for the beginner or the experienced player, flag football offers all of the challenge and fun of football – great exercise and safe to play without the tackles.

SoccerZone provides the game equipment – you just bring the game! Leagues are forming now for players of all ages and skill levels. Form your own team of friends and co-workers or sign up as an individual to play – either way you will have a great time playing this fast growing sport.

Flag football at SoccerZone is played either 5v5 for adults, 7v7 for youth (five or seven players play at a time) and most teams will register with 11 players. Substitutions are regular and on the fly so the game keeps moving with lots of play time and the scores are high.

Youth Flag Football Leagues

SoccerZone offers Youth flag football leagues for individuals or teams. Youth flag football is offered in divisions: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, and High School. All Players are required to pay an annual $12.00 Membership Fee.

INDIVIDUAL PRICE: $80.00 | TEAM REGISTRATION: $600.00 (Plus approx. $80 Ref Fee)

All youth teams play SUN/TUES: Deadline Oct 19 / begins the week of October 29th

Adult Flag Football Leagues

SoccerZone offers flag football leagues for individuals or teams.

ADULT FLAG FOOTBALL: SUN/WED

  • SESSION I: SEPTEMBER 25 (Deadline: 9/19)
  • SESSION II: NOVEMBER 13TH (Deadline: 11/4)
  • SESSION III: JANUARY 15TH (Deadline: 1/9)
  • SESSION IV: MARCH 4TH (Deadline: 2/24)

**All teams are required to pay officials before each game.  Approximate total of ref fees for each season is $49.00

 

 

Flag Football Instruction

SoccerZone also offers fun instructional classes for boys and girls ages 5-12.

The fundamentals of non-tackle football, good sportsmanship and teamwork are taught in a fun, non-competitive way. This is a coed program. Participants will learn techniques in passing, receiving, and defensive play. The classes will offer both instruction and scrimmages. This is a great program for beginner through intermediate player. Participants receive a t-shirt.
